An open source content management platform

Content Management Systems (CMS) are inherent to websites and blogs. They're what people use to publish, structure and manage all their content from text, to code, images or media.

Drupal is one of the most famous open source CMS, in no small part due to its stability, flexibility and ease of use. You can use it to create all sort of online sites such as blogs, newsletters, picture galleries or forums. It's particularly useful for setting up community sites.

The code used in Drupal is easy to understand. It has all sorts of templates, menus and layouts to get started with. Also, if you have a bit of technical knowledge, you can take advantage of the fact that it's open source and create new modules inside of Drupal for your specific needs.

Drupal has been built specifically to work with multiple users and sites and performs seamlessly if you work in a team or organization.

Despite being very accessible, we felt that the Drupal lacked a bit of documentation. The website has a lot of help though, including a forum and a support section.

Because it's open source, very flexible and stable, Drupal is a top choice content management platform.
